So I came home from work the other day & checked on my piggies & Teddy had this all around his testicles and his lower back area. He has a scab(from a nip obviously) but he has all this dry flaky skin all around it. What is it? Is it contagious? Will it go away? How do I treat it?

That looks like it could be fungal or mites, It looks very sore. You will need to seperate him from his cagemate and begin to treat it. You can use an athletes foot cream, daktarin or lamisil. but this may not work as it looks to be further on in its stages. How long has he had flaky skin/scabs? and how bad is the area on his back?
If its mites you will need to treat with ivermectin too. I would do both of the above though.
If it is ringworm it is contagious to pigs and to us. So make sure you wash your hands before and after handling. Definately begin treating with the cream, give it a week, if it doesnt improve you will need to see a vet.
Also clean all cages with bleach and rinse well. I would remove all hideys and keep the pigs clean.

He's only had it for about a week as far as I know. I've literally been coming home & feeding them then going straight to bed,so it might've been longer. The other piggies he lives with don't have any signs of it at all. I will try the cream first & take him to the vet if that doesn't work out. Fingers crossed it does though.

The others may not show signs yet, depending on what it is. It does look more fungal to me, but its very odd to get it over the rump area and genital area only. How are the ears and face area?
Deffo treat with cream and also ivermectin just incase its mites.
Best of luck
