My werewolf girl has flaky patches in her skin. They have been treated with ivermectin so just assuming not mites. Is this fungal? She's eating and seems fine. I'll add a pic (on my phone doesn't give options)

Yes i would say so. Imaverol is the best treatment for fungal. You can however use an anti fungal cream (daktarin, lamisil) etc.
Remember its highly contagious to all pigs, animals and us humans.

I have been using canasten on her skin. I also have today used nizoral shampoo on all 4 of mine, and washed all their fleece on a 60 wash with vinegar. Will keep up with cream daily and washing fleeces daily too. Where can I get imaverol?

Was it confirmed as mite with a sample? It really does look more fungal to me. You can dose with ivermec again. A drop on the back of the neck twice, a week or ten days apart should do the trick.

No, on another forum. Today she just looks dry, the thickness on her ear has gone. I doused her with ivermectin last night. She's still eating and active x

Looks much more like fungal. treat with ivermectin just to rule mites out. but im pretty certain that this is fungal.
you can get imaverol online, the vets will prescribe it too. Hypocare is meant to be a good thing for fungal too. Also available online.

Hypocare is coming up cheaper, it's topical as well. If I get this, do I just spray it on or will I still need to dilute? Thanks for all your help so far

Hypocare is just a spray/rub on. Imaverol is a solution that needs diluted and the pig fully submerged and left to dry.
Iv personally never used hypocare but know many whom have and successfully.

From those I would definitely say fungal.
Fungal infections aren't hard to treat, they can just take a long time to clear and you need to me mindful that it's contagious to yourself and your other pets.
