Skittles' ears are hot, like a forehead of someone who has a bad fever. She shows no other symptoms. She's not lethargic, she's eating and drinking, and using the bathroom. Should I be concerned?
She got diarrhea over a week ago and she's done with antibiotics and now she's taking probiotics and yogurt and more vitamin c. She only had diarrhea that day. She didn't poop for a little bit, but then started again.

Hot ears are generally normal. i remember when i noticed one of my pigs ears seemed hotter than the others ears and through this website i found that guinea pigs release their heat via their ears (as they dont sweat) and as a result they can have hot ears. i hope your piggies is feeling better after her illness and hopefully the ears hotness is just normal.

Yep, hot ears are nothing to worry about unless there's something else wrong with your pig. My pigs have hot ears, cold ears and in between depending on the time of day and how warm the room is.
