Blood in the nose can be the cause of a head injury, a fall or a knock to the face ect. Is there a cut in the nose caused by a piece of hay or something. If so then theres no need to worry. If you cant see any scratch then i would get your pig to the vets. If he has had a knock or fall it could be fatal.

He didn't fall. And I don't see any cuts. My bf gave him a bath earlier and he had a small fight with Patches as normal. Other than that nothing.

How was he in the bath? Did he resist against the bath. Maybe knock his head on the edge of the basin ect.
You say he had a small fight with Patches. Was it a full on fight, if so the blood could be caused by this.
Keep a very close eye on him and do keep us posted.

He is sleeping in bed with me at the moment. Patches didn't hurt him. Just chased him out of the igloo. And he did struggle in the bath, but I didn't see him hit his head.

Hmm ok just keep an eye on him. Guinea pigs are masters at hiding they arent well. If you notice him sleeping too much, Tilting his head or being generally off then I would get him to the vets asap,
