Does anyone have a chart showing the average weight gain for sows while pregnant? What is considered "normal" weight gain week by week?

I dont have a chat as such, but weight gain depends alot on the sow herself, her breed, and her condition prior to breeding. I would say a steady gain is normal, weigh weekly so you dont get too many checks in.

What do you mean too many checks?

I would weight the sow once a week at the same time ... so say a friday morning at 8am. Handling of sows should decrease as she gets further into her pregnancy.

Do pregnant sows have to be separated from their cage mates before delivery? Or at all? Can a divider be put in so I wouldn't have to worry about re-introductions?

You can leave them together, aslong as the sow doesnt become stressed. Her cagemate can be a valued helper during labour
