Today I got a female abyssinian from Petsmart. She seemed rather weak, but I was drawn to her. When I got her home and was able to inspect her further, I noticed she had dry skin similar to what Harli had when I adopted him. (Harli was from a different Petsmart, but with a proper diet rich in veggies and vitamins he's overcome it easily.) I didn't think much of it. When I got her out tonight for a romp, she seemed fairly lax. (I assumed it was because I'm new and we haven't gotten to know eachother because she's been really bouncy in the cage with Ann.) When I picked her up and held her, I noticed her nipples are protruding and her stomach is fairly rounded, but soft. She doesn't seem to react poorly when I touch her stomach, but I'm not sure if that's more-so because she's somewhat weak. The store said they only carry female pigs and Abbi was alone in her cage. They had no other pigs stocked. Is there anything I can look for that would give me a clue to if she maybe is pregnant, or if she has recently given birth? While she isn't extremely far gone, I still want to react to whatever accordingly to make sure she's happy and healthy as soon as possible. (I'll add pictures when I get the chance. I don't want to get her out again until she's had time to rest from dinner.)

Protruding nipples isnt a sure sign a sow is inpig. Is she eating, drinking and pooping ok?
If shes inpig time will tell, Unfortunately theres no sure way to know if shes recently given birth either. Ensure she gets a good diet, plenty of veg, hay and a good quality pellet. I would also treat with ivermectin to rule out mites and any other internal parasites.
Keep a close eye on her, if she is pregnant you can usually tell when they are 6 weeks along.
