Hi Hannah, it does sound like it, but I'm not an expert. I'd have her checked by a vet asap, to put your mind at rest, & get her treatment.
Try not to worry, theres lots of knowledgeable people on here, and I'm sure someone will be here shortly who will be-able to help you.
Best wishes, Ange

I think you should make and appointment to see your vet Hannah, he will probably put you piggy on a course of antibiotics.

Yes, I would definitely get your piggy checked over by a vet. Always better if you are worried, cos these little furries can go down so quickly. Hope all will be well again soon ! Let us know how things go, ok ? Irene.x

Any news? I hope you got her to the vet in time, unfortunately piggies have a nasty habit of hiding illnesses so it can be a shock when they suddenly get so sick.

Well I think it must be the weather, Tilly has a recuring wheeze. She has always had it off and on ever since I have had her which is nearly 3 years now.
I have put snuffle baby on her nose and started her on Baytril I just hope she is feeling a bit better soon and back to her usual unsociable self.
I wonder is there anything else I could do to help her feel better?

Humidity may well play a part Dawn. Lottie gets a 'grumbling' or grunting type sound when she breathes, usually around October time. It seems to be the humidity. I find wet towels on the radiators and damp ones draped over parts of the cage help.
