Guess what Sammy has Diarhoea again
Will this ever end !! He is in and out like a yoyo !!
Ive given him some Diocalm and brought him inside again but am i doing right in bringing him in all the time ? Or am i just making it worse
The girls all seem fine i wonder if the runner beans upset his tummy ? Or it could be a chill with how cold it went last night but surely he should be warm with all those girls !!!

Well it could give him a chill bringing him inside in the warm and then taking him back outside in the cold. However, I really think there must be something else up for him to keep getting diarohea maybe Karen is right another trip to the vet is in order.
I hope Sammy will be ok let us know how he goes wont you?

I don't think taking him in and out should effect him all that much. It does sound like a trip to the vets. Much luck! Rachel

He seems a lot better some motions are still a little loose so im not unduly worried now but the big question is do i put him back and if it comes back do i bring him back in
I spoke to the vet on Thursday and he said its probably just the stress of what he did to him on Monday but if it persists to bring him back on Friday
Hes put weight on and seems happy so i may put him back tomorrow as the weather is sposed to improve
Do you think im right to bring him or any others if they have this problem my only concern is that he would be passing it on to the others but as its stress related i think he should be fine

Me thinks you worry too much. Stress can create this type of situation. I find it happens in show season when I am transporting my guys to shows etc. Just when they are about to go on the table to strut their stuff I have a lovely mess to clean up on their backsides and their cages. Watch his diet, obviously he is suseptible to the diarreha, so watch the green content and avoid the stress. If he does get same, just give me the over the counter medication that you would use for a child with the appropriate dosage. That is what I do and all is fine... Hope this helps.

Hmm worry to much me ...? I only want the best the best for them at the end of the day and my main concern that it was something that could be passed on to the others
I do think you are right though stress can trigger these things the same as it can in humans, I shall in future just let him be and give him his medication and put him back in with the girls
He is such a cutie and loves all the attention !!

My Fonsi, sometimes always got runny poo. Vets used to always say the same thing to me, which never really helped. Anyway, I started to cut out all green veg and the problem seemed to go away within a week. So from then on I didn't give him greens at all as this is what seemed to upset his tummy, he then just got fruits and other types of veg.
