Hey all Hilda is up the duff for definite this time, woo! There's a lot of weight gain and her pouches are very defined compared to when we weren't sure before (they feel sort of separate to her belly, is that right?) so we're going to be babyfied in the near future. Maria says she can feel something in her pouches when she touches her gently but I can't feel anything and I'm feeling like a bad piggy-mommy! I felt a small something but it could have been anything and I don't want to prod her too much. I'm not even convinced that she's far enough along to be feeling anything yet, to be honest. Herself and Xander have been living together full time for six and a half weeks, so it would be too soon (I think) going by that, but there's a chance he got her before then since we let them have lots of play time together before we put them in their new cage. So, if I feel babies, will I know for sure and not be wondering if I have or not? Or will they be sort of undefined little lumps?

Hi Orlaith! Imogen could be a maximum of 57 days pregnant, so 8 weeks pregnant, and I can feel babies for definate. I had been able to feel, sort of like you said, undefined lumps from about 6 weeks, but that really could have been fat, and from about 6 1/2 weeks I could feel tiny nudges. At 8 weeks now, I can feel fairly defined babies. I mean, the lumps themselves will grow lumps and you will be able to feel them kick and wriggle about. With weight gain and obvious body change shape the chances that you are feeling the pups are high! Good Luck and pics as soon as theyre born please I reckon Imogen has a week left!

Thanks Jemma I'll definitely have pictures up as soon as the little ones pop themselves out I'm hoping that in a week or so I'll be able to feel something for definite. I hate being the only one who hasn't felt them yet. I feel like I'm missing out big time but I don't want to stress Hildie out by touching her belly too much. She doesn't seem to mind at all, she just lies there contentedly, but I wouldn't like someone poking at me all the time so I'm sure she's the same! Best of luck with Imogen, I hope it goes really well for her
