Hiya. One of my peruvians (Flopsy) has gone off her veggies today. She's not even tried to go downstairs to get them with the others.
Instead she has stayed on the top floor. She's eating loads of hay, pellets, honey stick treat and will NOT stop drinking wahter, she's been at the bottle about 10 - 15 times so far today.
I have seen her popcorn, she doesn't seem to be in any distress at all and is eating as much as normal just not the fresh food.
Any ideas?

I would say the reason she is drinking more is because she isn't getting the moisture from the veggies. Have you tried giving her something different. I know piggies cant resist fresh grass and dandelion and there is plenty about at the moment

Can i ask is the honey stick treat one of those bars that has lots of seeds etc stuck together? If so this is like giving your piggy sugar; they're not good for them. The best "treats" are different veggies or hay/grasses PS I know petshops sell them as well as other "treats" but they're all designed by the manufacturers to obtain your money & aren't necessarily beneficial to the animal.

Yes I noticed after getting them so these are their last.
I have switched to burgess excel gnaw sticks and meadow and mountain herbs.
