Hello My cavie Darcy was neutered on June 1st at Charter vets, in Butt Lane near to where i live.I am so glad we had it done. 6 weeks later he has moved in with Lily who lost her friend on June 8th. He is a transformed cavie !!! he eats all the time and has gone from bony to an ideal weight. He just seems so calm and happy now he is not living on his own any more.We had tried him with a male but he would not settle. He really is a re home success story and i would urge any cavie lover to give a home to a gorgeous boar and also consider neutering at a good vets practice. He had op no problem and was home same day.He had glue to wounds and one did open slightly but we nursed him on towels for 7 days and he had some antibiotics and is fine now !!!
