Well here I am, my sweet Barbosa is in need of my help. And I am in need of yours. My Barbosa had either a stroke or a heart attack. I am thinking a stroke, but all I have to go on is what I am reading on the net. It wasn't a heat stroke but I am thinking a full blown stroke in his brain. And if he lives through the night and lives on, he will never be the same. He can barley move and is losing weight FAST. I can't even get him to a vet until tomorrow because there are no 24 hour emergency vets here . I need to know what I can give him so that he gets some kind of food, I have been giving him water by a dropper because he can't drink from the water bottle. Please, any assistance would be appreciated.

I'm really sorry, it sounds to me too like it will be too late. Guinea pigs go down hill very quickly. It is essential to get food and fluid into them to keep them going by syringe feeding as luvcats suggests. There are other threads on this. I am sorry to hear he's so poorly.
