One of piggies that is about 5 months old has had two treatments of Revolution on November 26 and December 11 for lice, which are gone. Today as I was checking her over, I noticed small spots of hair missing over her hind quarters and dandruff, no sores. She is a long hair so it has been hard to see. She weighed 571 g last week and 625 g this week. She is very sensitive when being held and stroked on her hind quarters. I believe the bald spots behind her ears are getting larger also. Should I get some Ivermectin today and treat for mites, or wait and see the vet don't want to over dose between the two meds. Earlier this week we have multiple sows in heat so they were mounting each other I have not seen any of the other piggies biting her. Maybe barbering? I have not seen any of them scratching.
I didn't notice any spots on any of our other three piggies, if we treat Twitter should we treat all, even our possible pregnant one (adopted)? The other ones are not sensitive.
Please let me know your thoughts.

I'm not too sure what you should do. Sorry for the late reply. Have you treated your little lady or brought her to the vet since?
