Please ignore what I previously posted. I have no idea how I thought she had 3 toes instead of 4....She has three on the back and four up front. I was really tired last night. So embarrassing. But thank you anyways for your replys.

all my pigs have four toes on their front feet (i just went an checked lol) it sounds like a genetic problem which she has inherited, im sure it wont affect her health in anyway. if you can post a pic our members might be able to help you as to what other breed she has been crossed with. x

I've read as well that sometimes the mammies can be overenthusiastic when cleaning the newborns and can accidentally take some toes with them. But for it to be the same on both feet might be genetic, as luvcats said. It shouldn't be a problem, but perhaps don't use this piggy for breeding.
