my male piggy, Truffle, is sqweeking when pooing, he isn't pooing out pellets but its not really runny ether, more mushy. it really smells and gets on on everything he walks over. he doesn't look very comfortable, i'm really worried about him

Truffle might be a bit impacted. This happens a lot in older male piggies when the muscles around their bums get a bit weaker. You can help him to squeeze the poops out but I've never done it so I can't advise you. If you have a good guinea pig vet, he or she can help with this.
If it's not impaction, you might want to see if you've changed anything about Truffle's diet that might be upsetting his tummy. Maybe a new vegetable or a different brand of hay.

Aww poor Truffle, It sounds like he is impacted, this is a common ish occurance with piggies, As Orlaith said you can help him out . Its not the nicest of jobs and it does smell but it will make him feel more as ease. You will have to clean his bottom area, if you apply pressure to his bottom area with damp tissue, this will help get rid of anything stuck. thank you for the advice. my vet gave me some stuff to help digestion which i gave to him yesterday evening, and i'v been giving him lots of hay. he is now pooping pellets but they are a little oddly shaped, lol. thanks
