How are things today Kayleigh? Still nothing. Shes really keeping us waiting. All still seems good though, pups very active inside and Tousel is still eager to get her veggies. Just a very long waiting game. Kayleigh

I don't know how you are keeping sane! I was worried though yesterday so at least you are home now to keep an eye on her. I am glad all seems well with her and her pups.

Im trying not to think about it too much, im checking on her every other hour, and she still gives me the "what" look. Its a very busy household at the moment too, We are collecting Bear our puppy on sunday so trying to puppy proof the house aswell as keeping a close eye on Tousel.
It shouldnt be too much longer now. (i hope) haha

Morning all Today was the day Im very happy to announce Tousel has given birth to 5 little pups. They are all doing well at the moment wheeking and following mum around. Iv managed to get a few pigtures. I havent sexed them yet as i want them to bond with mum and all get a chance to feed. They are adorable!! Enough yapping I know you all want to see pigtures. Here they are : Thanks everyone for participating in this thread, i hope you like the pup pigtures. Im so glad a couple came out with funky little hair do's. Tousel has done fantastic. Kayleigh

Yes im very happy she delivered them all so well and with no complications. She seems to be coping at the moment but i cant help but worry that 5 little mouths is alot to feed. Im going to keep a close eye on the pups and may intervene with formula if i feel they arent getting enough.
Fingers crossed mum copes though.

They are amazing. Five seems like a lot of pups - is that the usual amount? No wonder she was so big at the end. I look at the pigtures and wonder how on earth did all those piggies fit inside one mom!? Glad she's doing well so far. The pups are absolutely gorgeous!

CONGRATS TOUSEL and KAYLEIGH! Yes 5 pups is a lot, but I'm sure as long as you continue to spoil Tousel that she will do just fine with them. Looks like 3 Americans and 2 Abbys. Love the colors!!! Who was the dad again?

The very proud father to this litter is Godric : 5 pups is a larger litter, Poor little Tousel only has two nipples and 5 hungry mouths. Shes coping very well though. All are doing great, went in and gave everyone veggies and some hay and they all came out in a train like fashion. I will never bore of babies. they are just great to watch. Kayleigh

Congratulations Kayleigh and Tousel! Yay! I haven't been online all over Christmas so I was wondering when they arrived. They're all gorgeous! I think it's lovely that they're all unique babies, it makes them all so much more special when they all look different, I think.

aw what a beautiful mommy. that WOULD be really cool to see the babies through the belly skin... my pig who had babies had a BIG attitude problem, but was surprisingly a great mom and nursed her babies for over a month! I looked at your baby pics on another thread and they are so cute I"m glad all went well!
