I'm new to this forum & also to guinea pig ownership. I got my daughter a guinea pig as a late birthday early Christmas present for my 13 yr old daughter. He's a 3 month old (approximately) brown & white abyssinian Male. She named him after the mouse on the Tom & Jerry cartoon. We had his sex checked at the vet. Definitely a male. We also have two cats Morris who looks like the cat from the commercials. He's 8 yr old. Was rescued from the humane society when he was a year and a half old. Shadow an all black female who was found on the side of a road at five weeks old. My girlfriend had too many pets so she gave her to me. She's now six yrs old. Sorry no pics at this time.
