My name is Jenny and I have 6 guinea pigs. The pig I've had the longest is Muffin (orange pig pictured). I got Stella (white) and BeBe (brown) next, who are both straight haired pigs. They are all girls - then I got another straight haired pig named Moose (black) who was supposed to be a girl - thanks a lot petco - and was really a boy, so Muffin had babies in Sept 2010. I sold two baby boys because I couldn't afford all that bedding and couldn't give enough attention to 8 pigs, but I kept two baby girls. One is Toast, who is color blocked, and the other is the runt Baybaybay who is a mix of orange and black. All of the babies were Abyssinian. Muffin's 5th baby didn't make it, and by the time I woke up and realized she had babies, there was nothing I could do. I was surprised that she had 5 babies on her first pregnancy. Stella, BeBe, and Baybaybay live together in a large cage, and Muffin lives with Toast in a big bin. Moose lives by himself in a bin because I couldn't give him up! Boy pigs are awesome - and stinky. He is lonely but loves to run up and visit the females through their cage when I take him out. I love pigs!

cute piggies! what do you mean by you keep them in a bin? what type of a bin? im curious now lol I keep them in long clear plastic bins, that people usually use for storage. I poke a hole in one end for the water bottle. Muffin and Toast are in one, and Moose is in the other. But I've gotten such great ideas from this forum, that I've got a whole new plan for them! I love my C&C cage, so I'm going to make one for my other pigs too, and switch from bedding to fleece. I tried the fleece before, and got tired of scooping poops off of it twice a day, but I think I'll just get a mini-vac

Your piggies are lovely. And i too was curious about the bin thing, but had thought you meant storage boxes.
