The last few days I've noticed Spongy's chin has been all wet. At first I assumed she was spilling water on herself and didn't think any more of it, but it doesn't seem like the water's leaking and her cagemates are dry. It almost seems like she's drooling. I checked her teeth the best I could, everything looks normal and her front teeth are perfectly fine. Could it be drooling? If it is, what could be the reason?
I'm trying to see if it's just her being extra messy with her water lately, but how can I check that? I don't wanna take her water away for a few hours, but any suggestions?
(Maybe I'm worrying over nothing but I'd rather that than not notice if there's something wrong)

Have you checked her back teeth? Is their any sore in the roof of her mouth or on her cheeks? She could be playing with her water but its best to narrow out drooling. It could be as simple as there may be a piece of food or hay stuck in the roof of her mouth or back of her throat.

Can she eat properly? And are her poops okay?
If her back teeth are overgrown then her tongue might be pinned down and that's why she's drooling. If you can't see anything stuck in her teeth that's annoying her you might need to bring her to the vet.

I've been keeping a close eye on her the last couple days, and yesterday she kept moving her head from side to side weirdly. I tried to look into her mouth but she REALLY didn't wanna have her mouth touched, so I couldn't really see anything. But then last night she was coughing a lot and this morning her chin's dry, she's not coughing or acting weird, and I checked her mouth and she had no probem with it today and I didn't see anything. So maybe she has something stuck in her mouth or something and she got it out last night? I'm keeping an eye on her today to make sure she's still fine, but so far so good!

From time to time i will hear one of my piggies making a horrible choking/coughing noise. Iv came to the conclusion its a piece of hay or food thats got lodged in their mouth / throat somewhere. Never has it caused my pigs to drool though. Keep a eye on her and let us know if everythings ok.
