Firstly i must mention that the ground your guinea pig is standing on is NOT suitable. It can and does cause injuries. She must have a solid bottomed cage. Wire mesh or grids is not suitable.
As for her injury it looks pretty bad. She needs to see a vet as soon as possible. Do you have any local rescues who may be able to help and who will accept payment at a later date.
I wouldnt advise touching the wound as it will be extremly painful. I would suggest putting her in a warm dry area on clean towels and ensure she keeps eating and drinking.
If you insist on cleaning the wound use a warm salty water solution and dab the wound gently to remove any dirt. Pat the area dry and leave it.
She needs to see a vet as soon as.
Keep us updated.

I agree, try to borrow some money from a relative but you need to get her to a vet. She may have broken a bone, I can't see to clearly from the photo. I know it may be difficult but keep her in a smaller area as well that will restrict her movement so that she doesn't feel compelled to use the foot either.

I know this may sound harsh, but it pains me to see a guinea pig hurt like that.
If you can not properly care for your guinea pig by taking it to a vet when it's injured or by supplying it with a proper habitat, perhaps you should give her to someone who can.
Again, not trying to be mean or rude, but it's actually considered animal cruelty to not seek veterinary care if your pet is injured and you (or depending on how old you are, your parents) could be fined.
PLEASE seek medical care for her. If you don't she could develop an infection and it could be deadly. Also, she's probably in a TON of pain.

That's awful, and I am afraid I have to agree with gabby , the others have said about the unsuitable cage so I wont go into it. She needs to go to the vets, you need to ask everyone you know to lend you the money, or take her to a rescue or a charity, it could get infected etc.

There is no way you can fix this wound at home unless you are trained to do so. There is no home remedy for this. Call a shelter immediately and see if they will take her. This wound WILL become infected because of her environment.

Without a vet, she will most likely loose that foot and probably get a bone infection, which can lead to gangreen. There is probably some bones broken and they need to be set properly while she's sedated.
