just wondering if anyone knows what the two whites dot are on my guinea pigs eye. i noticed the top dot a few days ago but just thought something was in his eye but i was looking at it this morning and noticed a smaller dot to the front of the eye. does anyone know what they are and are they contagious to other guinea pigs.

Eyes are hard to say what it could be, it could be a infection, could be ulcers, it could be nothing at all but in all classes I'd say get a vet to check, cause you don't wanna do more damage than good

I heard that pigs sometimes will develop fat deposits in their eyes that are generally harmless, maybe someone experienced here can show a comparison photograph.
I rush my pets to the vet at the drop of a hat,though.

I agree that if you're in doubt you should see a vet.
It's hard to tell from the photo. Your pig might be developing fatty eye, or it might be an infection or injury. Is your piggy in any pain?
