Hi there, I recently rescued Meeka and she has a scar on her nose that is starting to bubble as well as missing hair on her front two feet(onthe top) I was considering taking her to the vet. Any advice or what's wrong?

What do you mean by her nose bubbles? Is there an infection in the nose area? As said in your other post try treating her for mites and ringworm. If she is a new pig then a vet check could be worth while, they will treat her for the above if you ask them too and will do a full check over to ensure shes healthy. Guinea pigs arent too clumsy, they are usually well balanced on their feet. It may be worth getting her teeth checked out also.
