What do you mean exactly? What does it sound like? Is there a lot of sneezing? Can you see boogers? Does the breathing sound like whistling?
This could be a sign of a URI, so any more information would be helpful.

I've found a few places online where people have said their pigs had pasteurella infections (which is what causes snuffles), but to be honest I've never really heard of it before now and I suspect some of those cases might just be bad URIs since the symptoms are the same. I lost a bunny to snuffles before and it seems so horrible That said, if you had a bunny with snuffles or who had snuffles in the past I would definitely keep them separate from your pigs and make sure you wash your hands in between touching them.

I've done a few google searches and it seems that the snuffles (pasteurellosis) can be treatment with antibiotics if caught early. I haven't seen anything that says it can't be treated.
Can anyone else clarify this?
We had a Bunny when I was very young, possibly 6 years old, and my mom said it died of the snuffles and it was not curable. Now I'm getting the feeling she lied to me, and she just didn't want to pay vet bills.

My rabbit got snuffles every year till he died at 9, and we always got rid of it, with about 4 weeks of antibiotic, and every year he recovered to live a little long, but I have known it kill rabbits, it must be treated it won't heal on it's own

You can treat the snuffles but its never curable! So when they have the snuffles you never want to take them around other animals! But I didnt know if Guinea pig's can get it like rabbits can!

What I understand is that if it's caught early enough you can treat it with antibiotics but it's a tough treatment that lasts a long time. However, your rabbit will always carry the bacterium and can infect any other rabbit it comes into contact with.
