Gabriel has been having wet fur on one side of his mouth. It looked like water had dripped from his mouth down the side, like a little river. I had him checked out a few weeks ago. The vet checked his teeth and said they were all fine. I can't reMember exactly what she said, but mostly she said it might be a one-time thing where he drank his water funny. It had not happened for a while, but now it happened again.
And I don't know if this has anything to do with that, but he has a small bald patch on his neck under his chin.
I'm taking him in on Tuesday at the latest (they have a vet come to the local pet store on that day).
What are your thoughts?
Also, Skittles seems to have something on her back end. It feels like a thick blister about the size of a dime. It's on the same spot where Gabriel gets greasy fur that I have to clean. Based on other posts and looking online, I'm pretty sure it's a cyst. It doesn't seem to bother her, but I'm taking her in with Gabriel when he goes. Also, she was extremely cuddly today, but she has been slowly getting a lot more social over the years. It seems like every few months she takes a big step forward in her socialization.

To me dribbling would suggest overgrown back teeth, but your vet would know best and it is possible he just drinks at a funny angle.
I don't know very much about cysts but I think, whatever it is, you're going about sorting it in the right way.

I've actually been watching my pigs drink for the last few days and noticed that some of them approach the spout straight-on and drink that way whereas some put the spout in the space between the incisors and molars. I would definitely get the teeth checked as a precaution and also see if there's a piece of hay or anything stuck on there that might be interfering with drinking.
As for the cyst, if it's not annoying her then I would tend to leave it alone, but show it to your vet anyway, just to see.

She wasn't in yesterday or today (she has two locations), so I may have to go to my back up vet. Would I be able to tell easily if there was something stuck. He's pretty good at fighting me on looking at his back teeth. That's why I like the vet. She is good at holding him and putting that swab back there and looking.
He's drinking a regular amount of water. Is that a good sign? He's eating and pooping too.

Eating, drinking and pooping are all really good signs.
Is this wet on the side of his mouth a new thing? He's never done it before? Is it very hot where you are that he might be drinking faster or anything?

It has been happening on and off. It started out only a little bit. It has very slowly been getting worse, although it didn't happen for a few weeks in between. It was really hot like a week or two ago, but not I have a fan running in their room, so it's actually pretty cool in here now.
He hasn't had the wetness for the last few days, either.

If it's only coming and going then he's probably okay, but keep a close eye and next time he's at the vet make sure his teeth are checked again as a precaution.
