My pig has an infection in her mouth and is getting baytril, water, and a nutrition supplement through syringes.
How long before she should start pooing again. It's been about 8 hours, although she has been in the cage with Ruby most of the time. I think she would be pooping in the basket I have her in.
Also, will cleaning the cage tomorrow stress her out too much. I know nail clipping would, although she could use it, especially with her history (of nail neglect from previous home).

Aslong you put her in a secure area im sure she will be fine getting cleaned out. As for nail clipping if she doesnt stress out too much and you can just nip the ends off this wont cause any harm. As shorter nails are better and easier to walk on.
As for her passing faeces she should pass something once a fair amount of food is passing through her. Keep her feeding and im sure she will perk up soon.

How is she today? If she still hasn't pooped I would ring the vet and ask their advice as I know with rabbits they can give something to help them along if they don't poop after surgery so I'm sure they can do something similar with piggies.
I'm sure the delay is just that she hasn't eaten much and if you keep her munching she'll soon be pooping as normal.

She made the tiniest poo last night, one. I kept her in the cage with Ruby last night, so she'd be more comfortable. I'm going to take her out soon to give her food, water, and baytril, so I hope she'll poop on me. If not, I'll keep her separate for a bit to see if she poos.

That's okay, so long as something is coming out then she should be fine. They'll go back to normal in time, just keep a close eye to make sure she keeps going.
