Our Chocolate, Lottie, should be having her litter any day now. From her weight, it looks like she's carrying 4-5 pups. We are very anxiously awaiting their arrival. She lays with her feet back most of the time, now. She feels like a queen in her smaller bed. But she doesn't mind sharing with her sister, Luna.

She is right around 1.5 kg. Still nothing today, but she has definitely been lazy and a bit cranky.

Another update on our pregnant sow.
She still hasn't delivered, but her pelvic bone has separated quite a bit since our last post.
I am sure she will keep us waiting, but let's hope for a safe delivery!

We have just witnessed the birth of our first litter of piggies! We now have four beautiful pups to add to the family: two dark, self pups; one black and white broken; and one TSW.
They are all healthy and making lots of noise!
We will add pictures as soon as possible!

Here they are! Excuse the mess, as Lottie decided to have the pups in her bathroom corner. More pictures asap!

How can you tell her pelvic bone has widened? Can you feel or see it the difference?

Congratulations. They all look lovely. The ginger and white pig looks very odd compared to the others. Glad they are all doing well.
Tgudans - you can usually see and feel that a sows pelvic area has widened.
