I noticed a red area on Spencer's testicle area today. It looks sore but he is acting like always. What kind of topical ointment do you recommend? I have used stuff for their dry ears but never for there. Any advice appreciated.

Never have and have had him since August. I will have to look up mite symptoms on the internet. I hope that is not it because he lives with 2 other boars.

If it looks like a sore patch is could be general sores. Rubbing or something. When my pigs have sore bits i usually appply sudocrem and it heals up great. If it is mites or a fungal infection all pigs and cages ect will need to be cleaned.
A picture may help us identify a fungal infection ect?
