Is this a balding spot? If so,how did she get it and why would she?? Is it just from over grooming or something?

It could be an overgrooming spot. It could also be a fungal infection or mites of some kind. Have you seen the other pigs grooming her atall?

No. She grooms the other piggies faces though. It's very cute.

Is she pregnant? Hormone changes during pregnancy and delivery can cause hairloss in piggies (and people!), and the hair normally grows back no problem after the birth.
Otherwise, how is the skin around the bald patch? Any redness or flakiness? Or any debris through the surrounding fur?

She is VERY pregnant. She's so big I keep expecting them to pop right out every night and I wake up so excited just to see her laying there.*sigh* lol. Pregnancy causes hair loss in humans too O.O oh my maybe I should re-think having children when I'm older. bahahahaha!! jk jk. So it's probably the pregnancy then? Not anything serious. Good to know. ^-^

If her skin is nice and clear and doesn't look red or sore and there's no flaky skin then it's most likely the pregnancy. Once she has her pups it'll probably grow back within a few weeks. And pregnancy only occasionally causes hairloss in people, don't worry! And like in pigs, it usually goes away within a few weeks of birth
