Here are my 3 gorgeous boars, from left to right is Vincent, Warren and then Brendan. Vincent is 7 months and 3 weeks, I first bought him on his own but soon realised he should be with other piggies.
Warren and Brendan are brothers that I didn't want to speperate, they are 2 months and 2.5 weeks old, Brendan seems to be a lot smaller that Warren but this doesn't appear to be a problem =)
I'm not sure what breed Vincent is so if you have an idea I'd like to know =) I bought him from a pet shop, but Warren and Bredan are from a local breeder so I know their type.

Welcome to the forum
Your boars are gorgeous.
I must let you know that keeping boars in trios or more rarely works out. Boars are best kept in pairs to prevent fighting. Saying this, sometimes that doesnt work out, I have had two litter mates (brothers) living togeather happily until they hit 7 months old then they began to fight and had to be seperated.
Im a huge believer in keeping piggies or pairs or more if possible but sometimes you get the odd pig who just likes his/her own company.
With boars i always keep mine in pairs if and where possible.
Welcome again

I have a two tiered cage in which Vincent (the bigger boar) won't use the ladder regardless of if he is up or downstairs, so if there are any arguments the smaller two can escape if they need to.
I have to admit I have seen a few confruntations around food, however giving one of the two some more carrot seems to stop this. Also, each morning I check their ears, and then check them again fully once I'm home from college.
If they are fighting is there anything in perticular I should look for?
Thankyou.

Oh dont get me wrong im sure trios of boars can work out, iv never had this myself and iv had pigs over a decade. Its all personal experiences. With boars it will be very apparent if they are fighting, nips out of ears, swollen ears, dry blood, small lumps on the body under the fur ect. They will also chase and chatter their teeth, they will also sort of rear up and puff their hair out, this is just before they lunge for eacother other.
Aslong as NO blood is drawn keep them togeather, Although i aways tend to advise anyone to keep boars in pairs and no more just so they dont end up with 3 boars who need to live alone.

So far I haven't seen any problems with their ears or behaviour, obviously I'll keep checking them each day, more so when Warren and Brendan reach 6 months ish.

Yep good idea. As hormones kick in, trouble may arise.
Good luck

Welcome to the forum! Vincent looks a like a Swiss to me, which is like a long-haired rex. He has that cute and fuzzy look.
