Snow has a pretty big bump underneath her nipple. In the picture it's on your right side & her left side. It wasn't there a few weeks ago. Any idea what it could be??? I'll include a picture from the side view too. It sticks out a lot.

Has Snow had babies lately? Could it be related to nursing at all?
If not, I'd say it's a little cyst or an abscess. In that case you need to monitor it really closely. When you're examining it, ask yourself: is it getting bigger? Has it gone from squishy to hard? Does it hurt Snow when you touch it? Does it feel hot when you touch it?
If you answer yes to any of those then you're best to take her to the vet, just in case there's a little infection in there, which could be dangerous if it bursts inside rather than outside. If there's an infection it will need to be drained and Snow will probably get a course of antibiotics to be sure any bacteria don't spread. If it turns out just to be a cyst then you might have to drain it periodically and keep an eye on it, but so long as it's kept clean a cyst is not serious.

I wonder could it be a kind of mastitis or something? Is she still nursing? Is it sore?

She is with the other 2 mothers and 2 female babies. I haven't seen her nursing at all. The babies are drinking water whenever I look.,but it's possible she could still be nursing.

I looked up online they symptoms and it's not hardened or leaking anything. It's not tender, warm or discolored. And she has a great appetite and is the first one to eat when I put food out. And she's not acting like she has a fever or she's depressed. She is definitely not dehydrated either, but maybe that's just for now? It could get to this point, but I hope it doesn't become serious.

She might not be producing milk, or there might be a little blockage in there that's causing the swelling. I would recommend bringing her to the vet just to get it looked at. If she's in with other mothers then her babies should be okay without her for a few hours, plus they're old enough now to manage without milk if they have to.
