Well snows abscess popped, but idk how to clean it b/c when I try to she squeaks like it hurts and I think she might be pregnant,so I'm trying not to pick her up. I'm really glad it popped though,b/c if she is pregnant and the abscess didn't pop I don't think she wouldve been able to pull out any babies. So how exactly do I clean it? Do I put any ointment on it??

It will need flushed and cleaned out. You can use salt water to do this. Unless you have sterile water on hand. You will need to sqeeze as much pus out as possible to prevent infection.
A vet visit may be needed as the last thing she needs if shes pregnant is an infectious absess. How long has she had the absess and has it been seen by a vet previously?

She's had it for about 3 weeks. I was waiting on my financial aid to take her to the vet,but there was issues w/it. And then I woke up & it popped. It doesn't seem to be leaking anymore.

Ahh ok. Well you must ensure its clean and remains that way. If you arent sure about it healing then ask a vet to check her over.

My Isis had the same problem. I was also waiting to get paid because I couldn't afford the vet visit right away. When I got home from work this afternoon it had popped. I wiped it clean and tried to squeeze out any remaining puss. She really cries when I touch it though. Is it better to just get it done, even if she cries a bit? Or, should I take it easy?
Also, could you please explain the best way to clean it with salt water? Like, do I just wipe down the area with a wet (with salt water) wash cloth? Or is there more to it?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. My piggies are new to me, I rescued them from a friend's neighbor who was getting rid of them. And I've only had them about 2-3 weeks now.

It seems mean, but you need to get the pus out. It can make it easier if you press a warm (not hot) facecloth against the abscess for a minute or so before you squeeze it. It makes everything softer and (hopefully) less painful for your pig.
For cleaning, what I usually do is to soak some cotton wool in salt water and dab around the area. Rubbing can be sore on the pig, so dab around as much as you can and change the cotton wool regularly so you aren't spreading infection.
Most vets allow you to pay at a later date if you don't have the money right away. You could call your vet and see how they feel about this. Of course, if you're a new customer they might not be too happy with that idea, but if you've gone to a vet before they usually don't mind.
