I Had a Guinea Pig that recently died from what i thought was a URI. My baby Guinea Pig was sneezing first then the older one snickers got very sick and died with in a few days. The Baby is still sneezing and sometimes coughing, and only had crusty on her eyes once after snickers died and watery looking eyes. i wasn't sure if that meant she caught it or not?

It is very contagious and a very deadly disease. You need to get your pig to the vet ASAP if you had a pig recently die from a URI. Were they housed together?

Yes they are contatious. Much like humans and the cold/flu virus.
I would suggest a vet visit to be sure. keep the pig warm and dry.
