Your piggies are cute!
If Hershey isn't neutered then it's only a matter of time before Sundae has babies. She may already be pregnant. Depending in her age, Oreo might be as well. I would recommend separating them right away and either getting a male friend for Hershey or neutering him and re-introducing him a safe length of time after the operation (usually 6-8 weeks).
Keep an eye on the girls over the next few weeks for signs of pregnancy. There are lots of threads in the breeding section to help, andvof course ask as many questions as you like :-) If one or both of the girls are pregnant you might end up with a male pup to be friends with Hershey, depending on what you decide to do.

Definitely separate! Pigs can get pregnant from about 4 weeks old, so they definitely could be pregnant. Ideally, sows should be about 6 MONTHS old before having pups.
There is a lot more to consider when having pups than the age of the pigs. You have to know if she's healthy enough and in good enough condition. You have to consider if you'll have enough space for all the babies. What if there are 5 or 7 pups? Can you find homes for them all? Are you aware of the risks of pregnancy? Do you know the signs that a sow is having trouble delivering? Are you willing to pay the vet bills if she needs help?
I don't mean to scare you, but having pups isn't a decision to be made lightly. Do a bit of reading and inform yourself as best you can.
How old are the girls?
