Hello This is my first post showing off our Guinea Pigs. Butterscotch was a Rescued Pig with a estimated age of 6 - 12 months as the previous owner was not sure. Sorry to say that the previous owner had one of the "common " stories. " I thought I had 2 Females. This is her second Litter and sadly they were back to back. Butterscotch in now a very happy / SPOILED little lady. Here are a few pictures of her and her 3 little ones. The Little Ones have not yet been named. They were born on 6/14/2012

If my Children have a say in the matter, we will be keeping all three pups. With these three, our herd is up to 15. As I stated in the first post, I do a little Guinea Pig rescuing. It is hard to keep them all after getting them healthy and on the correct diet. These are actually some of the smallest babies we have had in any of our litters. She had one D.O.A. pup and it was twice the size of the other three. Butterscotch is a very laid back and loves attention and is a great mother. From what I am being told ( My Daughter ) These are the names for the new babies. Vanilla It is hard to see, she is a Off White with Faint Light Cream Caramel Corn Tiger All three together Like my daughter keeps telling me, " Daddy, its only 3 more " Our Main Sow Housing Unit is already 42" by 78" And I am already on a First Name Basis with the Produce Manager at the Grocery Story. And we already have a 3 season room that is currently used for storage. I may just have to bite the bullet and convert it to a Guinea Pig Room. More pictures of our Herd to come later.

They are growing into their ears nicely. As my Daughter is saying " It is their One Week Birthday Today " Tiger is a very laid back little pig, just like her mother. I have a soft spot for Vanilla, The Whites have always caught my eye. She will fit right in with Marsh Mellow, a Long Haired White Abby. I would have called her Cotton Ball, She is a big puff of white. Pictures to come later. Caramel Corn is the Hyper one, never sitting still.
