Oh bless they look so funky like that! I wonder how long it will take to get the skinnies and baldwins to a "good" pig looking level ie smaller snouts and stockier. I know denmark have some fabulous chunky little baldwins!!

Lol sure,but their mom has all of her fur because she's a carrier. They are almost completely bald now. It's crazy how fast they lost their fur!

Genes can be tricky I guess... Lol, what if you had no idea the parents were carriers? I'm breeding mine and know that the mom isn't a Baldwin carrier but not much about the dad. Imagine what it's like with no fur... I guess it's like us, humans. Hehe.
Does their skin feel awkward?
I have a 6 year old guinea pig who lost most of her fur. Sometimes her skin is rough. Sometimes really smooth.

Well when I bought them from the breeder I knew they were Baldwin carriers & that there was a chance for Baldwins. Their skin feels so weird! I have a skinny pig too & her skin is just as weird feeling! >.< It feels like human skin.
