I hope this is the correct Forum Just a few questions on The Albino Gene & Breeding.
I hate to say how long it has been since High School and I barely remember Biology.
I know that a Black Eyed Pig can carry the Albino Gene. And you can Breed 2 Blacked and get albino babies. Is it correct to assume that both parents are Albino Carriers ?

They might be, it's impossible to say until you actually see the babies.
If they produce red-eyed babies then they both are carriers, but just because they don't give a red-eyed baby doesn't mean they don't carry it: there's only a 25% chance of giving red eyes.
If both parents have black eyes but are carriers for red eyes (there isn't a true albino gene in guinea pigs: they're called pink-eyed whites instead), then the probabilities for the babies are as follows: Pure black-eyed (2 copies of the gene): 25% Black-eyed carriers (1 copy of black eye gene, 1 copy of red-eye gene): 50% Pure red-eyed (2 copies of the red-eye gene): 25%
If just one of the parents is pure black-eyed, then they can never produce a baby with red eyes, because they have two copies of the black-eyed gene and so that's all they can give.
If one of the parents has red eyes and the other is a black-eyed carrier then there's a 50/50 change that the baby will be either red-eyed or black-eyed carrying the red eye gene.
Sorry if that came out complicated, I'm typing on my phone and it's hard to write it out properly.
That's as far as I understand anyway. Some genetics are more complicated (i.e more than one gene controls a traits, some genes aren't fully dominant) but that's how it works with simple genes that are either dominant or recessive. I can draw a chart if you like! Hope I (sort of) answered your question, anyway.

Thanks for the refresher coarse in basic genetics.
One of my breeding projects was One Male - Black Eyed Female # 1 - Black Eyed = ( 2 ) Pink Eyed ( 1 ) Black Eyed Female # 2 - Black Eyed = ( 5 ) Black Eyed Female # 3 - Black Eyed, Sibling to # 2 = ( 2 ) Black Eyed
