I use Gourley in Hyde, Chshire but I know he has other surgeries in Ashton-under-lyne, Denton, Droylsden, Newton Heath and Stalybridge. I am not sure if he is the best vets around but I don't know of any other in my area that has experience with treating Guinea Pigs Does anyone know of any other good ones and their location?

I'm in Crumlin, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland. Glenburn Veterinary Surgery (in Crumlin) have an exotics vet who drops in every few days and runs a clinic for all exotics pets. Anywhere who have exotics vets will be well equipped to treating piggers, as will anywhere with qualified Rodentologists. The CCT (Cambridge Cavy Trust) is a piggy hospital in Cambridgeshire. I've heard only good things about them. Their website is: www.rodentology.org.uk under "The CCT"

Gourleys is the best rabbit and guinea pig vet in the area, I use him for my rescue and my own animals and he is certainly a lot cheaper than some of the others in hte area

Welcome Elaine, lovely to see you on cutiecavies.
How is your rescuing going? I know you were very busy last time when I dropped my piggies off with you the week I went away.
Feel free to post a message advertising your rescue and boarding wont you?

hi dawn I am really really busy and the rescue is full as usual it seems as though this time of year everyone wants to get rid, it is such a shame but that is people for you. I no longer do the boarding as I just don't have any space with the rescue I will do it for people who have been to me before but that is all www.tamesiderabbitandguineapigrescue.info/
