OH MY GOD I'M SORRY BUT I AM REALLY FREAKING OUT! I was coming on here to update everyone on how well Louie has been doing: his skin condition has improved and those horrible markings have gone, his fur is beautiful and he seems a little brighter and even better- he's my little buddy! He lets me pick him up and hug him, he sits on me for ages and sprawls across me and we watch tv..it's great.
Just as I thought things were improving though...tonight I was ribbing his chin (he loves that hehe) he lifted his head and I noticed something white up his nostril- he has been sneezing for a few days but I have thought nothing of it, maybe his long fur has tickled him etc, but I have kept an eye on him for doing so. however, he wiped it off when he had a wash and there's still some up there but not so much. also when he squeaks it's hoarse, not his usual vibrant wheek, it's more of a cooing, (it's not him actually cooing he is wheeking) but I just cannot believe it's happened so fast, within hours, and I am very sure it's an upper respiratory infection. can't this little boy have a break for once the poor thing oww I feel so bad for him. He ids a complete foodie and has no trouble eating esp his orange biscuits which he loves, also he does drink well; I'm just so worried that due to their rapid deterioration in health, as it is Sunday tomorrow the vets isn't going to be open so I will have to tale him Monday morning. Will this be okay? He seems to be eating okay, and I'll monitor him, he doesn't seem so enthusiastic about his biscuits though but he is eventually eating them. He just seems lethargic- I have wrapped his whole house up in thick blankets etc to make sure he is warm. (His head is stuck in his food bowl now) but please- ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME
