I would cut out all the vegetables first to see if that helps. If you can, syringe some water into her mouth as well to make sure she's getting enough fluid. If she sounds like she's in pain then I would bring her to the vet

If she has diarhoea she needs to he kept hydrated, i would also get her to a vet if shes wheeking in pain.
Seperate her for now and see if she settles, is there any obvious wounds etc? Is ther blood in her urine or faeces?

Bear in mind that if her poos aren't solid then she's losing a lot of water, so make sure you get some fluids into her or at least that she's drinking, and watch her VERY closely as they can go downhill very quickly. She could have something like a bladder stone, which is why she's crying.

If your not feeding veg then ensure you give vit c, plenty of fibre to help with the loose faeces aswell.

Kale, bell peppers (red ones especially) are higher in vit c. So i would feed these. If you cant get them, then id suggest getting some vit c tablets, crush them and put them over her food.
How is she today? Is she still passing faeces?

Pigs can hide illness very well, keep a close eye on her. Ensure theres no blood in the urine or faeces.

You said the vet didn't help much, if she doesn't get better soon, or she gets any worse I would try taking her to a different vet.

I was feeding her carrots and brockaly !! We are going to give her some medison to see if it helps.. She has poo ( it is watery ) all over her face/ nose, do you think she has worms

I doubt its worms. Try feeding plenty of hay, grasses etc and bran if you can get some. Bran is high in fibre so should help.

Sad news guys.... Sophie had what turned out to be blood on her face and had blood coming from her bottom.. we had to deside... give her surgrey or put her to sleep.. we did the surgrey and she lived .. turned out her teeth over grew............ he cut them down. It is likely that it will happen aguin if it does we will do what right aka put her to sleep ....... She may hve had to go there every six weeks of her life so if it does happen we will put her to sleep.....

Aw, poor Sophie. I hope she recovers okay. You never know, my friend had a pig whose teeth were overgrown and she was told she'd probably have to get it done for the rest of her life, but she only had to get it done once more about six months later and then she lived for another year and a half without needing her teeth clipped at all, so you might get lucky

Well at least you know what was wrong. Make sure she gets a lot of hay and other things to chew on. That should grind her teeth down. Try 1st cut hay too, it's harder and better for grinding down teeth. Good luck!

My condolensces. As you said, sometimes it's just their time and there's nothing you can do. At least you know you did all you could and gave her your love while she lived.
