Hmmm it looks a little sore, try putting some sudocrem or savalon on the foot for a couple of days.
Theres no scabs etc is there?
What sort of cage base does the pig live on?

What is sudocrem and savalon? Where would I get them? Someone suggested vitamin e oil on something else I read, which was not a direct response to me, but to a similar question about another guinea pig's foot.

Try keeping the cage as clean as possible as well to make sure the feet don't get infected.
