Hi, I am a total newbie here. I have two lovely female Abyssinian sister guinea pigs who are EXTREMELY silly. ;D They love to eat and are just so loving! But, sometimes I need help to figure out stuff about piggies that will help me to help/understand them a bit better/more. So I will appreciate the help that all of you give us. I guess that I should also introduce myself. I am a young woman that loves to sew (a lot), I also bead and make most of my jewelry. I also love animals and I have had many animals in my house such as a Whippet (a type of dog), rats, mice, and hamsters (dwarf and regular). I am excited to be on this forum and I hope that I will be welcomed because this seems like a really nice forum that will help me with these big piggy babies I have!

Welcome! I'm pretty new too lol. I LOVE abyssinians! They are soooo cute! Your girls sound precious and so does your whippet lol I love dogs. I've heard that for being such a fast breed they are actually kinda lazy and would rather lay on the couch lol is that true? We would all love to see pictures I'm sure so hopefully you can get around to posting some or your girls! Again, welcome!

Thank you. My Whippet is pretty old but yes they love to just sleep but as soon as they are outside they absolutely must run a dozen laps around the yard.

It's a great way of figuring out they're trying to tell you. Mostly they're saying "feed me!"
