Is his head still sitting like normal? I ask as guineas can get head tilts very easy. Also blood in the eye is very worrying to me and I haven't come across it; maybe someone else on here has? My advice to you would be to take him to a vet and get him checked out as soon as you can. Let us know how he gets on I hope he's fine.  |

Yea its just fine hes acting normal as always. And idk if they are any cavy vets in my area  |

Could be a head injury, is the eye bulging at all? Do you know how the pig landed?

No its not bulging at all it looks totally normal, and he landed on his side and then rolled right back to his feet. When i check on him this morning the redness seems to have gone down a lot.
