he got a scratch on his nose a few days ago (we don't know What scratched him and then he started to get this eye probl next day. he has been acting extremely lethargic
.is he going to die?

What's up with his eye exactly? Is it scratched? The eye will go white and cloudy looking as it heals itself after a minor injury like a scratch or hay poke.
Perhaps u can post a pic?
Is he eating ok?

its always good to get to a vet also to make sure everything is okay.
but choose a vet that has experience with guinea pigs.

Try putting some golden eye ointment or brolene in that might do the trick that's what I use on injured eyes
