Truth be told I didn't take the time to research this at all, but Kimmie pig's behavior is so erratic that I was hoping someone would be able to advise me what to do. The link is a video of exactly what she's doing (being a videographer has it's advantages in situations like this). When she's in her house she dos that wheezing type thing and appears very frightened. When I hold her it stops completely. 5 year old female who up until now hasn't shown any signs of being unhealthy. I know her house is dirty. Being as it's Sunday, today is the day I clean it out from top to bottom and this started right when I was about to clean. Thanks in advance for the help, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Here's what she's doing: www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUevT719Lkg&feature=youtu.be

I have never heard a pig make that sound before. I hope shes ok. If you think she is ill you need to get her to a cavy vet. Is she acting normal. (eating drinking and pooping normal. is she acting like herself? If not I would get her to a vet.

Has she always been like that or is this a new development? Has she been doing it long? Does she normally have a nice clear wheek?
Just checking because one of my pigs sounds "hoarse" like that when he tries to wheek. He's been that way ever since I got him and there's nothing wrong with him.
Her breathing does seem very fast, though. Have you changed her bedding lately? She might be having a bit of an allergic reaction or have some sort of asthma.
