One of my piggies has a runny nose. She doesn't have any other symptoms of a URI. No breathing issues or noises. She is eating and drinking really good. She just had her nose run, it was only one time that I noticed but it dried up on the outside of her nose and is a light yellow color (now that it is dry). Should I be concerned or should I just up her vitamin C intake and wait?

Could have been something stuck up her nose that caused it.
Upping the vit c wont harm. Keep her warm and dry? And keep an eye on her.

She's kept in my daughter's bedroom where it is warm. The inside temp here is a constant 77* Fahrenheit. It's not drafty, she's also kept on fleece. So she's dry. Still no sneezing and no more runny noses. Maybe she ate too fast and sniffed up some pellet dust or something. She is quite the fast eater.

Glad to hear she no longer has a runny nose. I've had Jerry for 3 yrs & he's never had a runny nose. I hope her runny nose doesn't come back.
