am I worrying about nothing?

Over the last week I've noticed some unusual behaviour from Poppett, she's normally a silent pig unless it's dinner time but lately she's been squeaking more, not every day but most days. I can't work out if she's squeaking only when she wee's but if so it's not every time coz a few evenings I've had her out in the run on white towels and watched her wee fine, no squeaks, no blood just normal. She's eating and drinking ok, I've tried giving cranberry juice but she seems not to like it. I've had a good look at her and her bum is clean and dry and she doesn't show any pain when I press her tummy.
Really its just that she seems to sometimes squeak when she wee's that's got me worried but surely if it was something she would squeak every time???

Is it a different squeak to normal? The pain squeak is quite distinctive, you wouldn't mistake it for wheeking or chutting or anything else.

If she is squeaking in pain, she might have a little bladder infection or something like that. There isn't always blood so it's hard to tell from that. If you have a half hour, watch her and see what she's doing when she squeaks.

Also, the cranberry juice might be a little tart. Have you tried diluting it 50% juice to 50% water? She might go for it a bit better then.

She has a very high pitch squeak anyway so it is hard to tell but it doesn't sound too different to the noise she makes sometimes when we have cuddles but like I say she rarely makes any noise at all unless she's shouting for her dinner. As for what she's doing, well she'll be wondering around quietly as normal then stand dead still for a few seconds and squeak a bit then carry on as normal, sometimes she wee's sometimes poops sometimes nothing. But she only does any of this in her cage, when in the run she wees and poops no problem. I did syringe her about 1ml of juice last night then put a bottle of diluted juice on her cage and she's drunk a little, which I guess is better than nothing.
