First off my guinea pig only has 3 legs. She is missing the back right let and while she still tries to scratch with her little nub it doesn't do anything. I feel like she is always scratching but I have checked her for lice and mites. She has no symptoms as far as hair loss, bumps, and doesn't have fits when I pet her. I think she has a little bit of dandruff so I am wondering if she has dry skin. I feel so bad when she tries to scratch with her missing leg and she can't do anything and sometimes she will end up hopping around like he is trying to scratch. Is there anything I could use on her if she has dry skin?

Hi
treat with ivermectin to rule out mites etc. It wont do her any harm.
You can also try bathing her before applying the ivermectin just to remove any excess dirt from her coat.
