Hey I just noticed this hair loss on dexter what could this be

The first two pictures look like they're Dexter's grease gland (around where his tail would be if he had one). Sometimes there can be hairloss from that area if the gland gets a bit sticky and mucky. If there's a build-up then a butt-bath can help loosen the debris and then the hair should grow back okay. Using a tiny amount of washing-up liquid or swarfega if you can get it will break down the grease and then you'll have to be sure you rinse it really well.
The third picture looks like it's behind Dexter's ear. Guinea pigs have a natural bald patch behind both ears and on the inside of their "ankles", so that one isn't anything to worry about unless it starts getting bigger or looks inflamed or sore.
