I am sorry but I don't have much experience with hairless guinea pigs. You might want to wait a bit. At 7 weeks after fertilization, you can feel soft kicks. Has she been housed with any males recently? If you just bought her from a mixed-gender cage, there is a very high chance. If she is 9 weeks old, she should be sexually active. Guinea pigs become able to breed at 3 weeks old. Oh, and by the way, welcome to Cutiecavies.

Thanks I am assuming not recently with males but she had 2 brothers in her litter. I was told by someone to expect she is pregnant by the looks of the pictures above, I think it may be too early to tell as I have never seen a pregnant guinea myself. I will watch her weight

If you suspect she may be pregnant, please do not over handle her. There is no need to hold on her back for pictures.
Where did she come from? breeder, pet store or rescue?
Sows can become pregnant from as early as 4 weeks odd but this is very rare.
Pigs also grow and gain a fair bit of weight when young. Only time will tell if she is pregnant.
Also note skinnies are no different to our haired pigs

She isn't flat on her back she's on my knees. I don't know if she's pregnant, that's why I'm asking. I don't know anything about pregnant pigs, especially not baby ones. Just thought as she's rounder than her sisters and over 100g more seemed strange

Pictures taken from above are usually best to determine the size/shape of cavies. As its a natural standing position where there body is at its most natural.
Some pigs gain more weight than others, just like in humans, we are all different.
Keep a close eye on her, and you should know in 5-7 weeks time.

Fresh foods that are high in Vitamin C and Calcium are good for pregnant sows. Also unlimited hay and pellets. I've been giving mine Alfalfa hay but it's not necessary. Make sure her water bottles are always full.

She has lost weight so I guess she isn't (they have had lots of veg grass etc and lots of floor time, and time outside)

Only time will tell for sure. It'd be better if she wasn't as she's much too young to breed.

Yes I'm hoping not but if she is im excited to see the babies. My scales may be wrong but she's lost 10grams in 1 week

10 grams is nothing, really. She could lose that by peeing. Their weight can fluctuate by in and around 30g per day depending on how much they've eaten and drank and peed and pooped that day, so I wouldn't worry about that.

I bought my Fudge at 7 wheeks not only did she have ringworm but she turned out to be pregnant, she gave birth 3 wheeks ago to 1 boy and 2 girls. Unfortunately the boy had to be put down but the 2 girls are doing fine. If your girl is pregnant just allow nature to take its course, maybe worth a trip to the vets to do a scan to see if there are any babies and if she has got them then vet can check all is ok. If diagnosed you will need to be careful with handling maybe try sliding her into a shoebox for ease of transportation
