Usually Gabe's fur is very smooth and flat. Now, it's fluffier, as if someone blew dried his fur. Is it a sign that he's mad about taking his antibiotics? Or is it a sign of something else?

Sometimes pigs get puffier fur if they're cold, or if they're trying to protect their food. A lot of my guys get puffy when they're eating to make themselves appear bigger so that other pigs are less likely to steal from them. It could be that he doesn't like getting his medicine so by puffing himself up maybe he thinks you might leave him alone.
If all else is well with him then it's nothing to worry about, but keep an eye on him, considering he does have an underlying issue.

I'm going to take him the vet Tuesday, because I don't think he's improving enough, which scares me because of his age. He did perk up after he got his cage cleaned. He loves getting his cage cleaned.

So sorry to read this.
Usually when pigs fluff their coats up, hunched kind of look, this is a sign of pain and discomfort.

That might have it, because he passed away recently. Which might have been for the best (for him anyway), because he wasn't getting better, even with the meds.
